To meet their minimum requirements, the Nannies they represent must have:

• A minimum of 2 years of childcare-specific experience

• 2 to 5 recent, childcare-related references

• Government-issued photo ID

• A clear criminal record check

• A valid Standard or Emergency Childcare First Aid, plus CPR level B or C

Membership Plan and Nanny Rate

Rates - $45 weekly* - Membership Subscription (non-refundable)

• To make a babysitting appointment, confirm a nanny, and have a nanny come to your home on the date and time you need, you must have an active paid subscription.

• Your membership period begins on the day you pay for your subscription.

• Your membership subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

• Your membership subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least one day before the start of the new subscription period.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Nannies on Call platform.

There are 3 tiers of Nannies based on their level of experience and customer service excellence:

1. Experienced, $21/hr - a new Nanny with our agency who meets our minimum required childcare experience of 2 years, and who has completed fewer than 100 babysitting appointments with our agency.

2. Pro, $22/hr - has multiple years of solid, full-time nanny experience, excellent client reviews, and over 100 completed babysitting appointments with our agency.

3. Elite, $24/hr - has multiple years of solid, full-time nanny experience, consistently glowing client reviews, and over 200 completed babysitting appointments with our agency.

• The Nanny’s base hourly rate covers the care of up to 3 siblings for up to 8 hours of work.

• Each appointment is a minimum of 4 consecutive hours. If you decide to keep a nanny for fewer than 4 hours, you’ll still need to pay them for 4 hours.

• The Nanny will round up the time worked to the nearest quarter-hour.
