GENERAL

  • The 17th World Congress of Intensive and Critical Care will take place on Tuesday, September 16 through Friday, September 19, 2025 at the Vancouver Convention Center in British Columbia, Canada.

    Pre-congress educational programming will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025.

  • Yes! In support of global learning, the Royal College has several recognition agreements covering continuing professional development (CPD) and Maintenance of Certification Program (MOC) credits. These permit international education activities to be recorded within the MOC Program.

    Credits for these CPD activities can be converted between the Royal College and international CPD accreditation systems, allowing physicians to record credits for their global CPD learning. The requirements and accreditation statement for each agreement are listed here.

  • September is a great time to visit Vancouver. On average, the temperature will be at a high of 19°C/66.2°F and a low of 12°C/53.6°F.

REGISTRATION

  • The 17th World Congress of Intensive and Critical Care is an in-person event. Registration will open on January 2, 2025.

    Discounted pricing will be available for WFICC society members and low-income countries defined by the World Bank.

    To receive the early bird rate for the event, register by June 15, 2025. To receive the advanced rate, register before the event!
